FOUNDER and CEO
The face and man behind the brand is native Brooklyn New Yorker Damal Parham, known professionally as Money Mel. He moved to Queens in his formative years where he resided & planted roots, which gave him strong ties to both boroughs.
At barely 20 years old, young Damal was dynamic; talk about being a head of his time and business savvy in his thinking! He put together an ALL MEN nail salon “Men on Nails”this idea caught the attention from the industry leaders in the (PBA) and immediate interest from the ladies. A few years later he transitioned into videography pursuing independent films and directing. This gave him an easy entry to touring with WuTang’s – Ghostface Killer, while furthering his career.
Still in pursuit of navigating filmmaking, he embarked on an investment opportunity in the popular restaurant known as “Pink Tea Cup.” Originally based in downtown New York City. The popular eatery opened its doors and was known as the hot spot in South Beach Miami where the restaurant was featured on WE TV’s “Hustle and Soul.”
With a few hidden gems in the works, he carries on the torch as a serial entrepreneur, while maintaining a reputation as being a tactful business thinker, visionary and an all-around go-getter…

Dionne Indira is no stranger to entrepreneurship and fashion. With Indian heritage and a native Jamaican, she first moved to Brooklyn, N.Y. at five years old and later settled in Southside Queens. Since a young teen Dionne has been into the arts, from winning the yearbook cover design at 14 years old to tagging up the handball courts and hasn't looked back since.
Also ahead of her time she Co-founded “Endyra Denim” in her early 20's which was a custom hand painted clothing brand. This was the epitome of an evolving brand with forward thinking designs and unique to the fashion industry. Some of who featured in the brand were rappers, Prodigy from Mobb Deep, 50 Cent, MIMS, Love & Hip Hop’s DJ Self, K-Slay, Super-producer Rockwilder, American Boxer Zab Judah, and the list goes on.
Because of the mutual relationship between fashion and music she transitioned to creative director for “JusNoMe entertainment" a rising management company. Creating a platform to scout and develop talent where she has been a true visionary, advanced in leadership while integrating ideas.
