Delivery
We have a processing time of 5-10 days. After the item has been processed it will be shipped. Standard and express delivery options are available. Any customize requests may take longer. Express delivery should arrive in 3-5 days from the processing time, due to COVID restraints. For immediate orders you will need to speak with our client concierge via our "contact us" tab. Note: Complementary delivery on all purchases over $200.00 is offered express. On-line progress of your purchase can be tracked with the provided tracking number on your receipt. *delivery days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Fees
Return fee is the customers responsibility. All purchases over $200 is complimentary.
Receipt of Delivery
An adult over the age of 18 must be present at the time of delivery. If no signature is needed there is a no signature option available when checking out, see billing page. The Money Mel Collection does not ship to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and hotels.
Returns
Our relationship with our clients continue after you receive your package. Merchandise may be returned or within (21) days from shipment received. Customer's are responsible for return shipping costs. Our customers are NOT responsible for any restocking fees. Items must be in their original purchased condition- unworn with all materials and documentation included and intact. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.
Exchanges
Any exchanges by mail should be within (30) days or merchandise credit is optional. You can speak with our client concierge for any merchandise credit difference or any other transaction needs.
NOTE: Customized items cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
