RETURNS

Our relationship with our clients continue after you receive your package. Merchandise may be returned or within (21) days from shipment recieved. Customer's are responsible for return shipping costs. Our customers are NOT responsible for any restocking fees. Items must be in their original purchased condition- unworn with all materials and documentation included and intact. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.

EXCHANGES

Any exchanges by mail should be within (30) days or merchandise credit is optional. You can speak with our client concierge for any merchandise credit difference or any other transaction needs.

NOTE: Customized items cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
